These two areas has many eateries that are popular with the locals. The Geylang area is also a red light district. The area has some of Singapore’s biggest bungalows and houses. The area is popular due to its proximity to the East Coast Park, Singapore’s longest park with a coastline view. Parts of the two districts belong to the Rest of Central Region (RCR) and parts belong to the Outside Central Region (OCR).\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>District 17 – 18 : Changi \u002F Pasir Ris\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>The Changi area is where Singapore Changi Airport is at. The area also contains a large industrial park and is where all the largest factories are situated at. These two districts form the Rest of Central Region (RCR).\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>\u003Cem>Projects available:\u003C\u002Fem>\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>d’Nest Condominiums (District 18)\u003Cbr>Coco Palms Condominiums (District 18)\u003Cbr>\u003Cbr>\u003Cstrong>District 19 – 20 : Serangoon \u002F Thomson\u003C\u002Fstrong>\u003Cbr>Serangoon and Thomson is at the Rest of Central Region (RCR). These two areas are famous for having clusters of landed housing. The other areas in this district is Hougang, Punggol, Sengkang, Ang Mo Kio and Bishan.
